As stated in a previous article on a different forum section you all know my hen cinnamon is limping after getting over impacted crop, her foot’s doing better but the others won’t let her out. I’ve noticed alot of fighting among hens but she tries to stand her ground, but she is too weak still to fight fully so she spends her time in a nesting box that has a one opening so she’s closed in 3/4 walls, I feed her and water her separately because she can’t eat or drink without being pecked by a few of them so my question is pecking order or hen aggression? And can a rooster help this? The picture below shows a somewhat indicator of her comb

Chickens can sense when a flockmate is dying, injured, and weak, and they can and will be aggressive.

Did you have her separated while she was sick? If she was away from the flock while she was sick, and they could not see her, that could be a reason why.

I would keep her separated until she gains full strength and health, then re-introduce her to the flock.

A rooster would probably not help a whole lot in this situation. The main issue is her flockmates sense her weakness, and/or she was separated for a bit.

She was never seperated and she just hides in a safer nesting box, shes getting stronger and i feed and water her seperatley/supervised and then put her back in

I'm not an expert but here's my observations from my own flock. I have a rooster that is around 15mths old. He was introduced to the flock at around 12mths old. He will not get involved in hen squabbles but he does chase pullets off food etc like the older hens do. My rooster before him I bought at around 6 weeks old and he "grew up" with a batch of pullets the same age (he was sold to me as a pullet). He would often intervene in squabbles once he got to breeding age. In saying all that I think a rooster is good for flock dynamics but I don't know if it would help in this case. Flock dynamic is extremely important but often overlooked. Personally I'd isolate the hen but in a cage where she is still next to the others where they can see her and feed her up until she's back to 100%.

In that case, they're picking on her because she's weaker. Glad to hear she's getting stronger!
I agree with putting her in a crate like @Cammo77 mentioned, if possible. But if what you're doing now is working, that may be fine. I would just be concerned about her being attacked.
