Pecking Order

My White Leghorn has been bleeding by chickens pecking her any suggestions on how to stop that thanks.

Is she a new addition to the flock? How old is she compared to the others?

How many birds do you have and how old are they? How much space? When did the picking start? What are you feeding them? It's hard to figure out a solution without more pieces of the puzzle sometimes.
