Pecking wounds? Predator? Fowl pox? Strange wounds

I have 3, 4 week old guineas in with 15, 5 week old chicks outside in an enclosed brooder. This morning I found two of the guineas with wounds, one all on the head and one with a wound on its neck?
can I get an opinion on what it could be?
Ive brought the two in the house and put some polysporin on the wounds.

This looks to be lice, but on the other hand i've never seen this before

You should set up a live trap or a game camera or both. I know that we asked will attack chickens heads and go for the eyes, so maybe it’s a predator like that?The wounds aren’t bad thought and seem pretty minor, so could also easily be from the pecking order. You can put a camera in your coop too to catch a possible bully. Good luck, Avery

Yeah I saw them kicking the crap out of each other later. Things have calmed down since I’ve moved everyone. Maybe it was a space issue.

Oh, I'm good you found a solution! It may be a space or boredom issue, you can look online for some rascals on homemade boredom busters or toys if you think that may be an issue!
