Pecking

I have 4 quail at the moment, 2 of which came together when I got them. I am having issues with those 2 at the moment. One is a rooster and the other is a hen. Rooster has now started bullying the Hen ,like they've been finfine since I got them up until now. There was a small gash next to her eye that has now healed but she still has a scab on the back of her neck. Any ideas on how to fix this issue and can I use neosporin on her scab?

Make sure they have plenty of room with several hiding places, quail can be quite evil to each other and if a tiny wound is made they will all gang up and can quickly de-eye and scalp even kill each other. You can use neosporin, and in case of eye pecks use coconut oil. Most people recomend usig blue cote (kote?)
on wounds to hide them but usually i just seperate injured quails for a few days, of course that causes its own trouble when reintroducing them back.
If your quail are just reaching breeding age they are worst then, and will hopefully calm down soon. If you have them inside you can keep them in low light, even dark for a day or two as well, i do that when i introduce new birds, helps keep the fighting down.
Make sure they have plenty to do, birds will fight when they are bored. Its important for quails to have a place for sand bathing, mine occupy themselves for hours his way!

He's fine with the others, she's the only one being picked on, which I find a little weird. I'm just starting out with raising quail so I'm not very experienced at all. They are coturnix and I plan on moving them to an outdoor chicken coop very soon. Just waiting for a warmer day. I do know that they need more space, I just find it weird that he's only picking on one of the hens

How much space do they have now?
What are your temperatures now? Coturnix are fairly hardy, you can probably put them out now.
Separate out the aggressive male for a little while, see if it cools him down slightly.
