How can I stop my 2 month old chickens from pecking my younger chicks

You may have to separate them until they are the same size. Bigger chickens pick on smaller chickens - it's the way chicken society (aka the pecking order) works.

Then you could create an enclosure for one of the groups. That's really the only way you'll stop it.
