oh okay yeah i ordered some as strait run but at a week old all of them have combs so i think they are boys so i will have to sell them

Hi everyone. So my buttercup is doing much better, gaining weight, still tiny but very happy. However, my second silkie is not doing too well. I am starting to suspect the store we go to for chicks is contaminated or something because this is my second chick with an issue from them and it is honestly depressing. Anyways that's besides the point. Here is the situation:

3 week old silkie with totally water poop (clear liquid). Not eating on her own. Only eating a few bites of egg yolk when fed with a syringe. Just completed 5 day treatment for coccidiosis. After treatment finished I started adding NutriDrench to the water & giving her a few drops of polyvisol per day. Any advice? Thanks

I know this is not totally pekin related I am just super concerned so you can answer on another thread i started if you want so we don't crowd this thread, thanks again

Hi how did your birds fair out? We have a Serama X Sebright and she was very small has only started to loose the chick fluff at nearly 4/5 months old but she's a lot healthier and we got her a friend. The long beak in the photo of buttercup and the way she was stood reminded me of our lil ones siblings. It was like microism
