I have had a Pekin bantam hen for about 2 months and have never thought to ask- does everyone’s Pekin make the weirdest sound? It isn’t your everyday chicken sound. It’s very loud and strange.
is everyone in the same boat?

Mine makes a Meep Meep sound a bit like a vehicle reversing. She is very chatty.......
