I went to my usual breeders on the weekend to swap my rosters and I found two black and white Pekins but sadly one was a roster but I got the other one. It is about 5 weeks old and looks nothing like yours. I am pretty sure even if is was a cross it should have some feathers on its feet. I also got two silkies and a barred rock
