It is a splashed colored Pekin Bantam..no other names but they all are sometimes referred to as bantam Cochins.
Oh...and the hen is a white Pekin bantam.

Just a color and I also prefer to call them Pekins but a lot of people sell them calling them bantam Cochins. So if you are looking to buy, please realize they might be called either but are the same thing. The splash just refers to the color. So, if you wanted to get one of those you would search for a splashed pekin bantam or a splashed bantam Cochin...the same thing.

Someone told me there was...I saw mottled pekins, frizzled pekins, red pekins...

There's loads of different colours, and you can get frizzle Pekins. Some of the colours would be blue, black,white,partridge,grey,silver,splash,lavender,mottled,milliefleur,wheaton,blue wheaten,birchin(I think is the same as a grey),buff,light/columbian. That's most of the Pekins colours
