Pekin batham hen with area around eye swollen

Hello
We have a pekin bantam hen. She has some swelling under one of her eyes. She is acting normally apart from the swelling.
I will attach a pic.
Any advice on what it may be and how to help her appreciated.

One of my Pekins had something like this, and the vet recommended Terramycin eye ointment 2x/day for 7 days. You just kind of smear a little across their closed lids, and it will work its way into the eye.

If you can't find a vet that's willing to write a script, there's also this product at Tractor Supply. It would have been our backup plan if the Terramycin didn't work.

Of course, there's several others things that could be going on, like a sinus infection, but I'm under the impression that would have other respiratory symptoms. Hopefully someone more knowledgable can chime in.
