I've got this 17 week old Pekin Bantam pullet up for sale and I want to confirm 100% she is a girl. The breeder showed me a male from her hatch and you could really see the difference. I guess I'm just being paranoid but I want to be sure. No crowing obviously, she's a bit bossy but otherwise acts like a female.

At 17 weeks...I'm pretty sure you've got a lovely Bantam Cochin (or Pekin) hen.

The roosters of that breed really show by 3 months and by 4 months would have double the size of that comb and wattles and some pronounced saddle.

She looks close to lay....or brooding....whichever comes first.

My thoughts.
