Pekin drake foot problem - help??

I took a Pekin duck from the humane society... I had just hatched three ancondas and he's a month older so what the heck, but he now is limping and has this thick callous looking stuff on his middle toe , side of the outer toe and his heel. The other foot it soft all over.

He limps on it. What do I do??
Oh, and I'd never heard of a jumbo, do you think he's a jumbo?

I'm sorry I can't help you, but it just takes some time for people to respond to certain things. I've never seen anything like that on my ducks feet before. And he does look like a jumbo Pekin.
