Pekin drake won’t open his wings

Hi I am hoping to get some insight on this problem with my one year old Pekin drake (Goose). He use to open his wings to stretch and such and I have just recently noticed he isn’t opening his wings at all. I am very worried about him.

can you gently open his wings for him? Looking at his pic he looks fine.

No he acts completely normal other then that. I finally got him to open them but it’s like the tips won’t fold out.

No he has been completely normal. I did just finally get him to open his wings and it’s like the tips don’t come out

When he is in swimming and comes out does he flap his wings then

I have some Pekins that seem to be super lazy. They don’t try to fly, they sit all the time, etc. If I had to guess, I’d say yours may be the same way. Yours looks really sleek and healthy to me.
