I have a pekin duck who is sitting on her nest, its been a couple days now. Shell go out and hang out for a little bit and go back to her nest.
Yesterday she was off of it for atleast 2 hours.
Do you think she will go through with it??
Just wondering...(shes a pekin)

You'll have to wait and see, Make sure to provide very soft nesting grounds in her nest, or she will crush the eggs.

Shes got lots of straw in there.... but I wasnt really expecting her to sit on a nest, if I add more she still might crush her eggs...when she gets off I go and check on them, they look fine...
Do they still lay eggs even though they're sitting??

No, they build up a clutch around 10 eggs, and then they start to sit, although she may try to add other ducks egg to her nest throughout incubation.
