Morning all. Just wanted to say thanks again for all the kinda words this weekend. Quick update nothing has shown up or scanned. Still think the box is in Texas. Waiting to hear from hatchery.

I hope they find it and you don't get delivered a box of dead babies. You mean it never got sent?? wouldn't that be awesome if someone there made a mistake and the ducklings never got boxed and sent out.

Oops I was half asleep and thought I posted on duck thread.... :)
It got scanned at sort facility in Texas just doesn't show that it ever left there after Tues. Im guessing they are all dead now and I really dont want to pick up a quiet box but it won't even make it today I don't think. Not really sure what to do now.

This is my Jumbo Pekin Donald next to a Mallard, both about 5 weeks old.

Talk to the hatchery they have to know what to do.

Donald is a big boy.
 
Guys, is it normal for Pekin ducklings to sleep a lot ? Mine eat, drink, do everything normally...but they sleep a whole lot more than my others ever did. I'm getting kinda worried

They wake very easily and seem alert & happy when they are awake, but they doze a lot.
