I have a Peking duck and her bill no linger has 2 nostril holes. It has opened up one oblong breathing hole. She also ears a lot of dirt. Does she have an illness &/or does she need to see a vet? My son has asked his agg teacher but she had no clue! She acts normal other than that.

I have no idea what's going on with your ducky Leggalegalu. I think this may be something for the regular Duck board, start a thread and see if others have experienced this before! And Welcome!!!!

after getting my 15 chickens and seeing how fun they are i caught the Duck fever lol soooo i dont have them yet BUT i have 3 Pekin females coming and a Iffy one coming ( meal maker ) could be boy or girl . so 4 total! YAY !!!!! i know the ducks are going to be MESSY and 19 birds is alot to deal with but im up to the challenge ! my Barred girls are such a joy. i cant wait to get my Pekins!
they come in 2 weeks exactly... they already have names. Charlotte- after my gma who just pasted 2 days ago , ..Webber, Duckie & Puddles- were all picked by my 2 sons ages 4&5. lol i like them! we all cant wait! so count us in!
