I cannot get your download to work? generally speaking a female has a full on quack.. drakes are raspy almost hoarse.

I don't have a Pekin yet but can I still join the club? I believe I will be getting a couple 3-4 month old pekins (atleast they looked like pekins in the picture) here within a week.
After reading page after page here maybe Pekins indeed are the breed of duck for me, we have great danes after all and tend to do stuff super sized style LOL. But I also have my
shih tzu's and silkie chicks I just recently got. What can I say we tend to do both extremes from tiny to huge. lol
I'm looking forward to sharing pics and stories when I get my Pekins.

Anyone know how old my rouen X Pekin babies are in this pic? I think they are less than a week and he rouen is like a day older than the Pekin.I cant belive how fast they grew Ive had them since July 2nd 2014

In the pic they're probably not older than a couple of days. They grow too fast to be much older than that! Lol

Rouens are even bigger than pekins!... that takes them off my breeding lost and puts them on the pond list.

Uhm, I don't think that Rouen are bigger than Pekins! We have both breeds (amongst others) and our Pekins are the biggest, our Saxony's almost as big, a close second. Our Rouen are third in size in our flocks.

I finished up the duck house today! So excited to have them outside and out of the garage. They were getting too bi to be in there much longer. I finished just in time too since I'm going to be gone all day tomorrow and they will have I say locked up till I get home

I have their water, food and lots of grass hay with some shaving under. I think they will be happy campers tonight. They did all offended when I checked in in them about 30 mins ago.

Funny! We just finished ours yesterday, happy to get them out of the dog cage xD they have double the room now.

I like your duck house, would something like this be appropriate for winter time? I live in Illinois so we can get pretty cold during winter time.
