Oh my, spring is definitely starting, slowly but surely!

Just found out from my SO that 2 of our duckies, Sheila our special Pekin, and one of our Rouen twin girls, take turns on sitting on a nest in the furthest corner away for a while now! That means we're gonna have babies sometime soon, besides the ones we're having in the incubator now... I guess we're becoming a duck breeding farm now. Not saying that we weren't gonna do that anyways... but not THIS way...lol
Oh well, was just surprised to learn that a Pekin and at least one of our Rouen girls are broody. Who'd have thunk?!

I guess I should be in the Pekin club. I don't know if she's a Jumbo or not, but I have a Pekin (Daisy), a Bali (Ducky), and a White Crested (Nemo). I call them my Disney Ducks.

Count me into the club. It looks like 1 drake and 2 females for now, no names yet


. They have fun in my back yard all day long and sleep in the garage at night. We need to build them a duck house still. My kitchen and living room look out unto the lawn so I can keep an eye on them. They always puddle around together.

First time pekin owner here. Is it normal for three week old ducklings to be squishy? I'm afraid mine may be getting too fat, and would rather be safe than sorry.

A neighbor found them in the park and we knew they aren't a native Australian duck so we decided they were abandoned and took them home
I think because of this I have been having behavior issues from Stanley.

Not too sure of how old they are but at least over 3 months.
