No the blood was coming from the cord... There is a lot of clotted blood in the bottom of the egg... The cord is still attached to the egg and he is attached to that... It's ok that the cord is still attached, he's not quite done, he's at the FINAL stages. He's got to absorb the rest of the blood, once he does that it will shrivel up, once it shrivels up, you can cut him free or just leave him and he'll break it himself.. but it's got to be completely CLEAR..No the blood was coming from the cord...
