Two of the middle ones have a scratch or cut on knee back. I washed with warm water and epic salt . I sprayed vetericyn on it.all apply the dog vet cream on them in morning I wanted them to dry before I applied it. It's for skin irratations. I applied it before to chickens it works wonders. I through out a bunch of there metal pie pans and the plastic liner to the tin/wire to catch the water.
I not sure how to give the pill form I have super b complacent with c ( iron 65 mg) if needed adult people life lytes water protecter probiotic chick boost ( natural c 1000 mg) not sure how to give pill form how do I crush it to give to chicks and ducks they all drink the same water. 4 chickens and 3 ducks in the coop. 1 month to 3 weeks of age.
We should not us any products with iron.
But if you need to give niacin or other supplement in pill form crush the pill then add to warm water mix well and put into the waterers.
I use one of those kitchen meat tenderizers things to crush pills for my dogs then add to their food.
Don't the need vitamin c bs . If they appear not to be well. Or just continue to give the water protector and probiotic life lytes. It's not bad but enough to make it hard. It's just in a bad place. Like us if we get cut and we bend constantly or use that area of the body. I will continue to put ontiment and vetericyn on them.
You can also over load their stystems with too much vitamins also so if you want to try B complex use it or use the probiotic life lytes tell me what is in that? and yes remove the problem and keep treating with vererycin and ointment.
