She doesn’t sound good at all. Possibly respiratory or aspergillosis. She really needs to see a vet.

If you have access to an avian veterinarian in your area, I would suggest you take her there as her current condition does not look the best. Is the duck eating, or drinking?

The gurgling, and dyspnea in the video are suggestive of a respiratory problem; several can affect poultry, specifically, tracheal obstruction, either due to fungal spores, swelling, seed, or other matter lodged in trachea is common. Pneumonia, respiratory diseases, or conditions that create increased pressure inside the body such as egg yolk peritonitis, can also cause respiratory difficulty.

Immediate goals should be placed on setting the duck in a warm, quiet area, with added humidity in the area to lessen the chance of mucosal desiccation, which can occur fairly quickly with a dyspneic bird.

Conjectured use of antibiotics is contradicted as it can potentially make the problem worse if you're dealing with a fungal infection such as aspergillus, by creating a more suitable environment for the fungi. Nebulization therapy is often indicated in cases of dyspnea, but acquiring the tools to complete such a task may prove to be too long.
