Pekin duck not feeling well

My pekin duck Wacky jacks not feeling good today. I went out to give them some fresh water and leftover salad. My duck was just floating in the pool. I was worried because she always comes running when I come out with treats. I realized she must be sick. I was wondering, the other day I came home to find tons of bread all over there yard and my chickens hadn't scauffed it up. My neighbor down the road paid a visit. Well, when I looked at them they were all bloated in the necks where they had eaten too much. This was about 3 days ago. Anyways do you think my duck could have gotten sick from all that food. I just isolated her from my chickens and put her in an old rabbit pen I have.

I don't think bread can cause an impacted crop, especially considering how much water ducks go through. Often, I'll think my ducks have tumors on their necks, but really they've just had a big meal and their crops expand (they're supposed to do this).

Ducks are very resiliant animals, I've very rarely had any get sick (only bumblefoot so far, thankfully). Maybe they weren't hungry?

The cheapest thing try would be an electrolyte pack in their drinking water. Make sure it contains B12, which will stimulate their appetite.

Yesterday, she wasn't looking good either. I had my hubby yell at my neighbor and he told them never to feed them again. It sounds harsh, but they were all so stuffed that they barely moved around. My chickens have a huge yard that they run in and for them not to move around is not normal. Anyways the neighbor down the road is always complaining about my 1 rooster, swears he can hear him 1 mile down the road. I had to give away the other 3 I had. So I do not know why he came bearing gifts to my chickens. I give my chickens and ducks bread also, but I don't make that their meal. I still think she has it stuck in her crop. I'm waiting for hubby to get home to check her out, she's his favorite.

I did that also. She seems a little better now that I have her isolated. She's at least able to hold her own body weight up and she was peeping. She must've had food stuck, because now she don't look bloated. I'm still gonna keep an eye on her for a few days. She's drinking her water so she must be feeling better, earlier she wouldn't drink or eat. Thanks, everyone for listening to me! Its crazy how feathery little animals can get me all nervous.
