They are dying, one a night, less than 6wks old. They get lethargic and then they are gone the next morning!! We have a vet appt in the am, if anyone is left to go

Age,brooder temperature, bedding type, food, is water with them 24/7, are you in an area where there are black flies, do they free range, other animals around, has it been hot and dry?
