Pekin Rooster with swollen ears

My Pekin rooster has swollen ears (one worse than the other). What can I do? One is quite crusty and hard and yellow in colour. He seems happy, is still crowing and eating etc.

It is really hard to show a picture. He is small and his ears are even smaller. There is just a small round hard bump where his ears are. Looks kind of like a cyst.

In America you can buy all sorts of antibiotics and ear drops and everything. We can't get that here without a vet prescription. (Australia that is)
