I was lead to believe that if one crossed a Peking with a Muschovy Duck you get ducks that unable to breed are sterile can't reproduce. Done a bit of reading they can have eggs apparently but they will be infertile. I thought this being the case they would get together and mate? Well I have a big Black abd White male and a smaller female I assume looks like a wild duck of sorts. I breed these two from a male Peking and female Muschovy not an arranged marriage just took a shine to her or rather they did. So iv have seen them mating so what could I expect just an infertile egg? They do have some character these two absolutely love the water.

I would expect the offspring would be quiet like a muscovy but they love water since they both enjoy water. I would also say they would be a larger duck and mostly white with some black flecking here and there. I’d assume the red face is dominant and they could fly. My friends have bred Muscovies and their Pekin and have gotten fertile eggs from the two.

Since the male is Pekin, the offspring (jennies) won't be as large as if it had been a male Muscovy with a female duck (mule).

Also, being two different species, the fertility rate of the eggs will be lower, and any offspring that do hatch will indeed be infertile.

I have attached a photo of the Ducks a result of Male Peking and Female Muschovy. The large black and white the male.

I have attached a photo of result with Peking Male mating with Muschocy female. The large Black and White is a male and the other a female I guess an interesting colour.
