Can you explain that in laymans terms Doctor?

It could cause the blood pressure to drop and affect, brain, kidneys, heart. I copied all that off of wikipedia but underlined the important part.

No, I think she can probably drain her today. You're just not supposed to drain it all at once or it can cause that fluid shift and blood pressure to drop.

About 2 cups Not sure -she definitely is lighter now
She is doing so well -she is out with the other ducks today very perky and eating well!
I have someone to help me next week so I will drain her again then on Wednesday
Do you think that is ok

I'd consider her quality of life. Each time your risking a chance for infection to set in. Totally your decision although I'd put her down at this point.

She also is on an antibiotic
That is terrible she is happy and healthy at this time so I would never put her down unless she was suffering - she is most definitely not!
I have also read other post and there duck is still doing well over a year now!’

When god takes her or she is in pain that is the only way
