Pen G Dosage Chart???

I was wondering if anyone had access to a Penicillin G dosage chart? I know I can treat my adult Buff Orpinton with .3 cc twice a day for 10 days but what about other weight/size chickens and ducks? I like to be prepared for the worse (I'm a nurse) and a friend of mine did ask about a duck dosage because of a case of bumblefoot. Any information is truly appreciated.

I also like to use 22 gauge needles. Does anyone use a different size and could you explain to me why you use a different size?
