Puffin is having some trouble moving around but she isn't nearly as bad as penguin. The other two aren't showing any symptoms. I've got Puffin and Penguin inside togetherAre your other ducks showing same symptoms as Penguin?

I don't know what the rules are in your state, but in Washington if your birds come back positive they confiscate your birds, euthanize them, and incinerate them. There is no getting around it.Yeah the vet told them, and no she did not
I just weighed her and she us now 5.0 lbs so she has gained some weightGlad to hear they are better. I doubt it's AI, so try not to worry about that. Has Penguin gained any weight? Ideally, you should be weighing her once a day.
So glad to see some good news. Daffy & Daisy just came up to me asking how Penguin and her sister was doing.I can't find what they do in florida, I'm just really hoping that isn't what they have. I think it is more likely something from rats possibly because I occasionally see them in the duck area on my camera. The vet did say that if they did have avian influenza they were not likely to improve in condition at all, but both seem to be slightly improving. Penguin is drinking by herself and Puffin is walking around the whole room and eating and drinking.
Plus I do think most likely if it was bird flu all 4 of my girls would be showing symptoms
