do we plan on a swap type thing or just a picnic,,,,need to plan head......I would need to start seperating mealworms now if I plan on bringing any..

would be great to know who is bringing what,,,,do I need big clothes so I can eat plenty, or do I need boxes to pack things in for the trip home...

We should find out how Galgo feels about live birds? If it were me, I'd want to limit it to eggs, and all the other cool stuff, but she may not feel the same. Ya just never know, ya know?

T-ball starts tonight, gymnastics every monday for both the 2 and 4 year old, and the 4 year old has soccer camp this summer.

Wow...I don't think my 2 yo grandson would have the attention span for gymnastics. I thought most places made you wait till they were potty trained, so like 3 at the youngest.

and ummmmmmmm.......I should probably say this: as long as I am not stepping on any toes. I don't want anyone to feel I am overstepping, just offering, but I get overzealous when I get to cook for people who like to try stuff.............so i hope I didn't offend anyone.......

ME TOOO!!! I could spend an entire day in the kitchen if I know folks want to try what I'm making!

I already promised Galgos a camo cake (well, her significant other anyhow), and saw the cutest chicken cake and cupcakes........but Joan, tell me what you like to make.

OH!! AND I DON'T KNOW IF YOU GUYS EVER HAD IT, BUT WE ALWAYS DROPPED EGGS IN GRAVY (spaghetti sauce), and COOKED EM LIKE THAT.....SOOOOOOO TASTY, AND i THOUGHT IT WOULD BE SOMETHING I WOULD SHARE WITH ALL MY CHICKEN FRIENDS AS GOOD USE OF EGGS........

And I am PA Dutch through and through. Anything and I mean ANYTHING from that arena I can make.

I will definitely make a cheesecake or 2.

I have an award-winning chocolate chip cookie recipe. Yes, the recipe is my own. I won first place at the York Fair with it.
Baked macaroni and cheese.
Cream puff squares.
Pasta salad.

I am happy to help cook/bake whatever is needed. My family can be picky so I love to try new recipies out when i can. I just saw a post for a watermelon keg..... I think we need to make that for this get together! lol

We could do Jungle Juice??

• 2 (750 milliliter) bottles rum​
• 1 (750 milliliter) bottle vodka​
• 1 (750 milliliter) bottle 190 proof grain alcohol​
• 1 gallon cranberry juice​
• 1 (2 liter) bottle chilled lemon-lime soda​
• 1 quart grape juice​

• 4 cups halved fresh strawberries​
• 12 kiwis, peeled and quartered​
• 6 oranges, peeled and segmented​
• 1 bunch grapes, separated and rinsed​
• 1 large watermelon, cubed and seeded​

Pour the rum, vodka, grain alcohol, cranberry juice, soda, and grape juice into a huge punch bowl or a clean ice chest. Add the strawberries, kiwis, oranges, grapes, and watermelon, and stir to mix.​
