We checked on getting it shipped but they can't ship to Pennsylvania? Some Pa law about it... figures.... so guess we'll just have to go get it ourselves and of course, while we are there we may have to grab some Bar-b-q from a spot we found also!
We have a smoker and do a lot of our own but this place does some awesome pork and chicken.
One of these years I'm gonna end up moving south... I love that part of the country! I love our Pa hills also, but so much more laid back and spread out down there in much of the area... just a different flow to things... if that makes sense?

Yep about hour ago I could hear mine sounding off, the wind is startling them, I have a small rake hanging on the outside wall , its probably banging around, I have straw shoved in the roof trusses to keepout the cold air and a light on to keep the chill off them,

Ok, Sally, you're in charge of taking notes over the next 4 days. I may or may not hop on to relieve the stress that is my life right now. Ya'll know I'm planning a wedding...well...I kinda don't always go in the right order. My first husband and I separated more years ago than I care to count. Anyway...we were working on the divorce. Morris County Court in NJ has been holding things up (not sure why, completely uncontested, no marital assets to divide etc). Well, my sis-in-law called me a few hours ago. Seems my husband had a massive heart attack and passed away. So now my heart feels like it's being torn out of my chest. I'm sitting here in shock. I'll be heading to NJ, prolly in the morning and will stay through the funeral on Tuesday. Like I said, I may jump on to try and make my life seem more normal....

FOR SALE~ Change of Plans due to my wonderful Spitz coming and we despirately need some cash. My sweet California French Blue and Black Marans from DMrippy and Duramax~ Going to list them today because I need them gone by wednesday... I am going to sell them as trios, its getting very obvious who is who now.... DH said to list for $25 trio, and for more to make a deal. I cant find anything to compare pricing to. >shrug< I also have the gold laced cochin not sure its sex, need to look at her again. I have a few OE's hatched from Sara because I can only add two to my layer pen, I have several big dark Brahma Roos that are from Nov. and Harmomny's serama will be just a few weeks yet. hughnet threw up a new sat dish so I hear they are much much better and the angle needed isnt to bad anymore... we still have the old hughsnet : (
