Red, the evil rooster is gone! Thank you, Fisherlady!!!!!

It must be the name! LOL I have an evil boy named Red also.

I don't like that the thread has died.

On to other business,

I ended up with 3 white capped black polish. WTH with this. I don't do the polish because they make perfect food for for birds of prey! I am going to be offering them for sale. If you are on the FB page, there is a person that I offered them to first, but I will post here if they don't take them.

Some one is taking roosters to raise for meat??? Who was that??? Would you pay a $1 for each one?????

It is time to sell some birdies again :) My breeds are in the signature, message me if you are interested in any of them.
Well I already asked about cochin lol

While re-reading some old threads on another site, I saw something I think people like Sally, Mama, and Penta will be interested in. An apron with 18 mini pockets to hold eggs while you are working in the coop. You can add as many pockets as you want, obviously. I think a plastic liner would be a good idea. Make sure the pockets are deep or have a closure on them. Maybe even use yogurt cup bottoms to prevent any squishes.
It would definitely make my life easier when I am holding a full feeder and waterer. Juggling the egg basket too is a bit much.

Well I did well, selling all the maran chicks and all are pending pick up 9am and I will make a wonderful profit.... I will be sorry to see the blues go : ( but I need room.

I willl have a few straglers that I cant keep but will post them when its cleaned out and not chaos in the brooders!
