need a quick answer from all the medical folks on here,,,,got arthritis in the hip,,,,headed shortly for a hot shower ...what else helps,,,,need to sleep tonight and the hip kind of prevents that...

I'm not. 'Real' doctor, but I play one in my kitchen. I think a shot of whiskey should do the trick. Or more practically, 2 Naproxen.

I adore my rice bag for putting sore muscles and joints. I know next to nothing for pharmaceuticals but have never had tylenol or ibprophen or such work. Just took a 5 Mg vicoden for my ankle pains but so far nada. Good luck sleeping tonight!

I take a cocktail, though whatever is wrong with my joints is still undiagnosed. 2 extra strength Tylenol (500mg each) and 3 regular ibuprofen (200mg each).
