Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

I picked up this momma and her 9 babies at the chicken swap I went to Saturday. Lost one of the babies yesterday. Momma doesn't want me anywhere near them even to give food and water. By the time I realized the lil baby wasn't doing well, it was too late.

Sorry about your baby. My new mama is the same way. What breed is this? She is awful pretty!!

A little late posting these, not the best pics, I used my cellphone.
The two on the right are the aracaunas I snagged at the Green Dragon event for a friend of mine. Gave me an egg the very next day. Not sure what color to call them...
The beautious girl on the far left is the blue langshan banty hen I got from Rodriguez on auction day.

Looking for a name for this gorgeous girl above. Love her color. She is so cute too.

MsLadyHawk, They are some fine looking birds! We are plumb outta names here... our Blue Orp Rooster is named 'Blue' ~cause we're so creative n all. We just named the the 40 some odd eggs that went into the bator so that it would be easier to identify them when it comes time for weighing them.... Names such as: "Yer for Dinner" made the cut.

She is a beauty and deserving of a good name.

Thank you all for the nice piggy comments! Turns out, they're not all looks, they're pretty smart too. Don't ask me how they got decent names, I thought for sure the kids were going to name them Bacon and Sausage.

Hahaha. A person I used to know had a pig and his name was "PorkChop". I thought that was hysterical. (he was a pot belly pig, not one that got eaten)
40 eggs in the incubator! Wow, lucky you! I wish I had an incubator, I would love to see if the one the aracauna gave me yesterday would hatch. Haven't gotten one yet, maybe soon. =)
