I am curious too!
Depends on critter. Cat food sometimes works. Sardines sometimes. fried chicken is good for skunks.
Problem is, some critters, especially fox and Coon smell humans. Fur trappers are careful about not leaving scent, boiling traps, rubber gloves, cover scent (now they stink).
A neighbor just told me he saw a fox with 2 babies in a field not far from my place.
Oh thats not good... I would put traps out...
i go for fried chicken too
You can try canned Tuna also... smell carries pretty well. and it's pretty easy to dump out of the can without leaving any scent on it.
sardines work also
Hello from Mt. Wolf.
I meant to do that this weekend when I was at my mom's...but didn't get around to it...luckily I've had to wear a dress a few times this winter....so don't quite need the weed whacker...
Chad is Patrickschicks...or fawngrovechad depending on who we're talking about...but most of the time it's patrickschicks.
We always baited the crab traps with raw chicken....but that might not help....LOL
