My Bday present arrived safe and sound!

Look at the fluffies!

with the addition of 2 more KC girls, my breeding pen is done at 2 drakes, 4 ducks

hopefully her eggs are a different color, like they're supposed to be, so she can live with the khakis

And finally, Nonalee, my production type brown african! She's become imprinted on me, and cries whenever I leave her in the brooder. She's currently asleep on my lap. I guess goose math is striking

I'm similar with clothing, as long as it's clean and doesn't have holes it's fine for a quick run to the store. If I know it'll be a drawn out trip (or during the day) I'll make sure they're "real" pants. I stopped caring as much about how I look for quick stops when I had my son, especially after the first few late night runs for medicine.

I can't be the only one who is dying to.catch up that chook for ya!

and, it's odd that TODAY I wore pajamas out, on purpose. I needed to get an MRI and wanted to wear something with NO metal, lest they put me in one of those dreaded gowns. DHs pajama pants were the only things I could find without any metal on them. Even my sweat pants had rivets by the draw string!

I'm not as worried as I was last night, but I trust my sister's cats as far as I can throw them (figuratively only). The cats and snakes are the only predators that come near the house because of the dogs. My cats have been on lockdown in the house since she got out.
ETA: I take a nightie and robe with me to mine. I've had several, so I've got them down almost as well at the technicians...lol
