I'm going. I am taking my geese, the 4 KC girls, my 3 Delaware hens and all the other ducklings I have thus far. (6 I believe). I may also take my mottled Cochin pair. They are only hindering my MFC project.

ETA:
I'm short, fat, brown hair, with a pink shirt (one side has a sleeve other side is spaghetti strap) and blue shorts. Tall, mostly skinny husband with my son and daughter... Just in case anyone wants to stop and introduce themselves!

really wish i could run up there to bloomsburg,,,it's just to far to travel with so much other stuff that needs done,,,,hubby would have a fit if i ran around 2 weekends in a row, and next weekend is packed with all kinds of things...

really wished i could have made it to the dragon last night also,,wanted to pick up a couple of pheasants for a buddy at work,,,grandkids were just to fussy,,,so we did the next best thing window shopped around home depot then went to old country buffet for dinner (so much for calories ) .....anyone have pheasants or even eggs...speaking of calories,,,,,for me i think it would be easier to ignore calories and increase activity instead....(can;t help it, i like to eat )...

Wing- you're too funny because you talk about counting calories, and I just met you, and you're a tiny little gal!

Ugghh...I hate the ducklings. HATE! I think from now on I'll stick to scovies. Cause these stupid pekins NEVER shut up. And they don't know what to do with a bath...but put a waterer in their brooder and it's a swamp in minutes. YUCK! DH has taken to calling them the hyenas.

Yeah, my brooder's a mess too. The part that really amazes me about them is how horribly they can make their water stink. Fresh water in, and in 10 minutes flat it smells like a**! I just keep putting puppy pads down, and changing the water A LOT, LOL! It's even turned my stomach a few times. I do love them though, but mine are calls, and aren't peeping all the time.

Just like babies, the baby days will end, and eventually be a distant memory.

We hated our's too. Still not a real big fan, but there's something about them that keeps them here. Probably more so the fact that they pack meat on quickly and that meat is my favorite...
