I see you found the PA folks here!!

Good luck to everyone that lives more in the path of the storms than where I am. Hopefully they aren't as bad as they are making them out to be.

I am used to tornadoes, 80mph winds and all that "fun" stuff after living in Oklahoma for nearly 4 years so my main concern is just about losing power so I will keep the generator and flash light handy.

Stay safe everyone!!!

This is what will be moving through the area tonight and into tomorrow ~ it will continue to move east later tomorrow. There are supposed to be dangerous winds and hail with these storms. Please take time today to prepare for these storms!! STAY SAFE!

Guess we need to enjoy the blue skies today while we have them. Last night I had a boyscout committee meeting, and I went there soaking wet. I told everyone that I had to put my chickens away before I left and the sky opened up on me. Went inside to grab a hoodie, came back out and the rain stopped. They looked at me like I was crazy. They all know I have chickens :)

Sure did! I am in North Western PA near lake Erie. Lots of flooding last week. Looks like we are in for it again. Keep safe!
Hi there! Welcome to BYC!

We camp in East Springfield, just about 2 or 3 miles from Lake City... are you in that area?

Will check in a later this afternoon, weather pending.... heading out to St Mary's area to do some mowing before the weather sets in... everyone stay safe!

I just watched probably one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time, and am kicking myself for not having a camera. At the far end of the yard a doe and fawn were crossing. My "alpha" rooster, Jäger, runs nearly all the way down to them. The doe snorted but they stood still, then the fawn creeps up to him and sniffs him. Jäger crows at it, and it jumped so flipping high. I started laughing and both deer took off with Jäger chasing them to the edge of the yard. He crows at them again, then comes back to his favorite group of girls all puffed up, as if to say "Yep, I showed them who's boss." That could have been a AFV winner, I'm going to make an effort to only go out with the birds with a video camera from now on...

:yuckyuck :gig Lmbo, I am sitting at the Red Lion High school, my kids are taking swimming lessons, I read this post broke out in laughter and had everyone looking at me like I was a goof ball. Lol If they only knew... BirdbyGalvin grab that camera and hold tight.. lmbo
