Waiting for my wafer thermostat before I do my test run. Used a hot water heater thermostat as a back up, in case the 1st thermostat malfunctions I won't burn my house down.

My husband suggested that too lol (I do remember chip & Dale lol) but supposedly the EES are all pullets and I'm not allowed to name the bantams. They're the kids' chicks lol. I'm picking up 4 marans on Friday so maybe I'll name one of them Dale

just read an article on tapping maple trees and it said you can also tap the walnut trees, anyone try this, I have 4 trees and never heard of this,,,,is it to late in the season?? where do I buy the little taps???
