Got a potentially show quality pair. A mottled roo and black hen. Bantam cochin. And I got my very first duck. He's a call drake I named Chuck.

Chippy....so glad you got the bantam cochin you were looking for. I just hatched 11 of them and they are sooooo cute. I should have splash, blue, and black. We just got ducks for my daughter this year also. Chuck is adorable, but he may need a friend since ducks are very social. Good luck in finding him one.

Have you ever had "chucked something out"? Maybe food gone bad?
Since "Chuck" rhymes, you could call him "Chuck, the duck". I was referring to it being mean to "chuck out a duck"
