Look what followed me home from TSC

A box full of silkies, 5 little ones and 2 bigger ones.

It is icing out right now. My hubby was saying he heard 1 to 2 inches of snow and/or mixed precipitation. Blah!

I would love to get a lilac bush. My grandma used to have one and the neighbor had a different color bus, oh the wonderful fragrance. Reminds me of childhood.

Oh I forgot that we borrowed an incubator and set some eggs tonight!! We bleached it out good and made sure it kept the temperature while gathering up the eggs. I hope to have some eggs ina few weeks.

Well...I tell ya what..if we happen to run into each other at some point...hahahaa, I have a LOT of lilac runners, I just need to make sure they have a good start-have well developed roots. I want to make sure whoever gets, they have the best opportunity to establish well. GOOD LUCK with your incubating!!!

Those of you out there who bank with PNC or Citizens
Bank . Or buy ebooks from Barnes and Noble. The checks have started to arrive from the class action lawsuits.
If you don't know about them check at your local banks and stores and make sure they know about you. I am not
sure if it is too late to be in the lawsuit if not already in it. Doesn't hurt to ask.
In the case of the banks they were caught bouncing checks in a manner which netted them the most profit,
instead of the best customer service. In the case of B&N, it had to do with price fixing ebook prices.

For those of you talking about the lilacs. I have a lilac tree (bush) so how do I go about rooting some of the runners for new trees?

hey Stake...what color is your Lilac?......Mine is a light purple, very nice and the fragrance is not too obnoxious. It has been real easy to keep small also, slow grower.

Mine is purple and is very nice...its an older bush...probably original to when the house was built...I made a mistake and pruned it and tried the stake some of the branches...a total mistake...because I pruned it, it started to really sucker and shoot out new growth...thing about lilacs is that it takes years for branches to really flower nicely...since my pruning a decade ago, its has never been as nice, but in a few years it'll be amazing.....

Mine is situated near my deck and near my dining room windows....for about three weeks in the spring it fills the house.....
