Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

Thanks guys for telling me that ducks take longer. I would have researched it closer to the actual incubation, but thanks :)

ETA: Just locked down for my Easter Hatch! It doesn't even feel like Easter yet!

Ducks, geese, staying away from them, too much on my plate now. I'll probably hatch some ducks for my neighbor, so those of you hatching now, ask questions so I can absorb knowledge!
I may try hatching a few of their in a few weeks, but have no desire to keep them. They will be mixes, I think they have Rouen, buff and something rare, name escapes me.

Heads up..
Mount joy TSC has people working today that know nothing about. Chickens,,,,I tried to tell them that they had the bin labeled wrong and they just looked at me...so if you want day old white silkie, they have. Bin of them marked $1.99 white leghorns, bantams are usually $3.00 .. be careful they also has the signs backwards for white rock and Cornish cross,,,the guy working told me that they were the same thing so it didn.t matter what the sign said:lol:

Hey folks just for laughs; The chicken experts at the TSC in Hanover, Pa tell people they have to buy a minimum of 6 chicks, because if they buy less they will die. Why will they die? Because they are so dumb they need to constantly see each other eating and drinking or they will forget to do so and slowly die of starvation and dehydration. I guess my 2 fat little SLWs from WY agway didn't get that memo. They also had the White Rock(I think that's what it was) sign on the ducklings 2 weeks ago.

Does anyone have any Ameraucana chicks for sale near Crawford county PA?

Anyone in the Meadville or Crawford county area, I have solved my problem lol. Wanted a few Ameraucana's but everywhere was sold out or had a minimum purchase of 15. Dear Hubby would allow that. The Agway in Edinboro allows you to place an order of as few as you would like! So I will have 4 chicks coming in next week! :)
