Our Midget White tom died today 
We miss him so much, and I think his hens do too. He was sick the last few weeks and I'd been trying different meds and the last one seemed to work, he was strutting and gobbling in Sat, but dead Monday morning.

I think we'll keep most of the 14 poults we have so far to raise up in memory of him.

I have a pair that hatched last spring. They are for sale if you want them, but you will have to provide shipping boxes.


Yes, they make excellent alarm systems. I can hear them from in the house anytime someone or something comes in the yard.

again, i think I want to hatch them and start from the beginning....pilgrim can be seed from hatch right..

sexed.......auto correct is really being a pain today.

If I still have them when they start laying I would be happy to swap you some eggs, but I have no intention of hatching any since I'm getting out of waterfowl. They are my last pair of waterfowl. I sold all of my ducks already.

I will keep setting eggs until they are infertile and maybe then try to integrate the hens in with the other turkeys. IDK what I'll get crossing to a Royal Palm, but it beats infertile eggs.

6 - 1 + 15 = not quite enough!

Your math sounds about right to me.

Not sure what crossing white with palm will do. But I know crossing the babies back to each other again will give you white, palm & the splits in the next generation.
