I'm SO excited this morning! It's hatch day and I woke up to a little wheaten Marans in the hatcher, about 3 more eggs with pips, and the others rocking and rollingI was so worried about this batch. After I put them in the hatcher, we had a temp spike to 103° the other day and then it dropped down, twice to 96° overnight. I thought I had lost them. SO thrilled to see that I haven't!

Howdy to the new folks...was at Parkersburg TSC yesterday....freedom ranges and white Cornish rocks at .50 I am so ready for spring...was at the local HD and all the potting soil was still covered with snow....will be starting seeds over the next few days...next few days are going to be nice for a change....
I think I am going to start seeds too, I loved milk jug cloche idea that Lisa posted about. I will definitely try that! I wish I could have meaties, but I just don't have room..... Yet!
Now to check on my chick that got put with the big girls last night.
