OH my DH says no turkeys yet but those reds rock!! he said I can only do scovy cause they are quiet and he is weird LMAO! I think white scovy are ugly so I got mottled and chocs and mixes! she said maybe last week they would be sent!! I will email her today! Tips on bating them?? plllllaaaaaaeeeeeeeesssssseee

Ok then.... just one more! DD#3 had her first meet of the season yesterday, I made it by the skin of my teeth after leaving the Sussex Show, yes, I had roosters and a GOAT in my truck. I believe the other parents think we're 'colorful'. Have no idea what they say behind my back...and don't much care, the eye rolling and mouths gaped open in my presents is a bit of a clue, though.

ANYWAY, DD for the first time, got to stand on the TOP block!! After attending 3 hour practices 4x's per week, year round, I believe this was much deserved.

Call Duck, Reserve Champion

This White Banty Cochin was my favorite bird in the show. Can't remember what it won, it is on Champion Row

(the only extra live animal that came home was a goat for my daughter.... they so ARE like Potato Chips) DH is going to kill me if I don't just STOP with the goat buying thing.

What kind of goat? My plans for the spring are 2 nigerian dwarf goats and 6 chickens - sadly my township only permits 8 animals per 2 acres.
