She had them eating the fermented 21% poultry grower made at my local co op. I dont use a feed with added calcium because I have so many types, breeds, and aged birds. This girl decided to make her nest in a trailer we keep hay in so I haven't had to pen her off. Normaly I do chick starter but she had them earlier then I thought and caught me unprepared lol. She's already introduced them to the rest of my flock while they were free ranging. Not sure when she'll decided to sleep in coop with them but it seems to work out better when I just let her figure it out. She actually seemed to only want them to free range at first. They ate alot of worms!
