Did anyone else sign up for the CPT course in Harrisburg next week? I'm just curious if I'll get to meet anyone from here.

Thank you Aurora! Iris LOVES her new apron and it is doing exactly what I had hoped. In this picture you can see how amazingly fast the new feathers are coming in.

It's the end of the season, so they're getting spoiled by being allowed into the raised beds!
Iris would love it! She is such a diva, even if she is a little thin right now!Oh, she looks beautful! I'm so glad that it fits so wellMay I use your picture in ads for saddles?
Sad morning here, we had a little tragedy. One of my two bantam Langhsans got killed this morning. My little female Robin, who was so cute and perfect.
The good news is, that it looks like the Roosters did their job. She did die from injuries, but the predator didn't even take the body. I assume it was chased away by the Roosters or turkeys.
She only had two small wounds on her neck, so I think she may have been grabbed near her head, which caused her neck to snap. I hope so,for her sake.
Unfortunately, their fenced in area allows them to be cornered more easily, but I have to do it. Because otherwise the turkeys wander all over and the chickens poop all over.
I still have a couple of her eggs that she laid in the fridge and they looked fertile.... so tempted to try.... But I think I will wait for my next broody and see if I can get some more eggs from @msladyhawke.
