I think our poor old dog, Rocky, will be heading to the rainbow bridge tomorrow Friday he started acting off again, walking in slow circles, refusing to eat, having accidents and can't get up on his own. He went through an episode like this in the middle of the summer but this time, it's time to let him go. He's been shivering, heart racing, and confused. At this point, I think it would be cruel to keep him alive He's had a great 14 + years with us and he will be sorely missed.

I am so sorry.
We also had to let our little pom. go after 15+ years in Aug. I still can not talk too long about it. He was my baby.
I believe everyone here knows the greatest joys and the hardest sorrows having animals, (fur babies), in our lives. Thoughts are with you.

Thank you all for your kind words. Rocky passed quickly and peacefully this morning at the vets office. Its hard to stop crying but we know this was the best choice for him.

A neighbor called me up and ask if this little girl was mine last week. And I said no but took her in anyways. She did over the weekend. I think she had internal damage. But at least I gave her a couple good days with love and food and water.
