Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

There are mixed reviews on this, but it was misused. It’s basically a mat of sawdust (my description, not technically). Lay down on a path after the ice has formed, and not when it’s still snowing. It gives you traction.

The animals around here would use it as a bathroom, but someone might be able to use it at their home.

the other bulbs are taking their time.
been there done that on the early am wake up, even if you manage to go back to sleep (and who does) its murder on you the next day

Furnace is back up and running again. A clogged nozzel and blocked air flow were the culprits. We're now $150 lighter but I've been educated a little and we'll be able to take care of that on our own in the future. He said that now we should have better fuel economy and the furnace is running quieter than it used to.
just make sure the nozzles are the same size when you go get one, it needs to be replaced at least once a winter, 60/90, 80/90 marked on the nozzle top)and so on, you can always go a little smaller like a 50/90 75/90 and so on but never go larger, it changes the spread of the cone and can burn a hole in the combustion chamber if ran for a winter and believe me, c.chambers aren't cheap

Thanks for that. He did show me the numbers on the side of the nozzle for future reference. We've lived here almost 6 years but never had oil heat before. We had no idea that was supposed to be changed every year
