i found this incubator. I was wondering if it was a good one and good price?

I love my 2 Dickey's, I think they are generally better quality than the GQF's, and cheaper too! The issue with this one is that it is a hatcher, with no turner, so you would need to open it several times a day and turn all the eggs by hand. It is made for someone with several other incubators that wants to move the eggs from those incubators and put them in this for for "lockdown" and hatching. Hatchers often get much dirtier and need a lot of cleaning and I would be skeptical about paying that much for a hatcher that might have warped panels. I use a homemade hatcher (made from a large cooler) and a GQF Genesis for hatching, and let my cabinet incubators (all with turners) do the first 18 days of incubation.

Guys, I hate to ask this, but is there anybody local who could give me a hand installing my chicken yard fence? I am disabled, and some people from my church built my new coop for me because my birds are my therapy. Unfortunately, they are also working on 17(!) other projects and vacation season hit hard too. It's only 100 ft of chicken wire, and everything else is stuff I think my dad and I can do (linoleum coop floor, roost bars, electrical). It won't be easy, he is disabled too, but the issue is the fence, without it I can't even use the coop. My spring pullets have nowhere to learn how to lay, and I have to get new chicks soon or I will have no starteds to sell in spring, and frankly it is honestly and truly affecting my mental health. I have been wringing myself like a dishrag since March waiting for this project to be finished, it's driving me nuts. Can anybody help? Please?

I wish I was close enough to help.

Hello to Ligonier! We'll be probably doing the clan tent at the highland games there next year! Chicken Little (a new one since last year's went missing) will be there if they allow live critters.

I need a ceramic egg to break egg eating. Does TS have them? I haven't had any eggs in a while and I was blaming it on molting but I did find a partial shell in the nest box yesterday.
