Lehigh County question - non-poultry related.

So... if I report that a dog attacked my dog, and BOTH dogs were off-leash, how likely is it that I'll get in trouble too? It was in a nature preserve, where I rarely see anyone else, but technically leash laws still apply. Mine wasn't the aggressor, but also wasn't leashed. Thoughts?
This is an unfortunate situation and I hope your dog is OK after the attack. I believe both parties could be considered at fault for the off leash issue but the aggressor's owner could be liable for damages IF it can be proven that they attacked unprovoked and that there was reason for them to believe that the dog could be aggressive to others.
Lacking proof it reverts to a 'he said , she said' scenario and no one wins. If the aggressive dog has a documented history that would also be in your favor. Reporting could also help if you believe the animal is dangerous and you want to begin a paper trail (it may not help you with this encounter but may effect future issues).
The decision to report should consider these issues.

Hatched my first gosling of the year, a white Embden. I suspect it is a male and I really should sell it quickly, before I become attached. I hear they make good guards and Embdens are among the largest of all geese. Anyone local to Chester County that wants to try a gosling as a pet and guard goose?

I have lots of chicks available:
Olive Egger
Cream and Opal Legbar
Black Copper Marans
and a few special breeds:
Leige Fighters
Ayam ketawa (laughing chickens)
Ayam cemani

I've got 12 extra leghorn chicks all female I'm looking to sell. 10 days old. Southern Delco. I'd like to get 7 each for them because that is what I put into them.

My bantams tricked me. The last few days when collecting eggs there has always been one in the the little coop house. This isn't a nest box but the banties do like to lay there. It was always a different hen so I didn't think anything about it. Today I decided to move the hen that was there and collect the eggs. There were 6 or 7 eggs and I realized they have been broody and taking turns at sitting. Sadly my eggs aren't fertilized because I had to give away my beautiful rooster.

“Hey, Peeps! I have broodies, and no fertile eggs. If only I had a new bantam rooster, and nine dozen assorted fowl eggs to incubate and give to the broodies!”
There ya go. It’s what was heard, but now it’s clearer. :gig :gig:gig:gig
